b) Agent lists the property based on fair market value and waits for offers
c) Agent holds open houses and entertains difference offers
d) After an offer is accepted by the seller, it is submitted by the agent along with all the financials to the bank for approval
e) Agent crosses fingers and hope that the they get an answer before the buyer gets frustrated and finds another home
f) Bank approves or rejects offers
g) If bank rejects offer then the process must start all over again
